hi everyone. sorry it has been so long
well a lot has happened. Firstly; I must explain the photo. this is my 53 year old nephew. He has been a hugely successful businessman and through his work he has been able to travel extensively. He was never a heavy smoker or drinker but 4 years ago was diagnosed with rare ” A.L.K.” cancer. The cancer has become very aggressive and has spread to his brain- causing regular seizures. Just recently the cancer has metastasised and it was decided to operate. One side of the brain was operable? – which is what the picture is. I didn’t know how to put the picture from the email attatchment into my blog so I took a photo from my camera of the attatchment and saved it. It has achieved the result I wanted.- Technically correct or not- it worked.
So!, my friends and readers, I am asking that you say a prayer for my nephew, Roger, and also say a prayer for my sister; His mother- after all No mother wants to see their child suffering. If you are still not sure how to pray just open your mouth and speak; Just like you have done for your entire life. Trust and believe me. If you speak from the heart and ask in Jesus’ name. My family will receive untold ” God instances”. You might say out loud. “Dear God can you please help Roger get better and heal quickly from his major operation and can you please keep his mother at peace during this stressful and emotional time. I ask this in Jesus name. Amen.”
Thank you so much to any and everyone who shared a prayer. My family are very grateful
And now- I saw the surgeon last week at Fiona Stanley hospital ( in Perth, western Australia) and I am having my stoma reversed. It will take somewhere around three months to have the operation but I have been given the definitive Yes for it to happen.
I am no doctor or surgeon but I am quite sure that I will not look anywhere near as unwell as Roger does in his picture. I believe that my surgery is performed through ‘keyholes’, and if it is God’s will, then I should be back at home with my foster cat, my budgies, and my fish in a few days. Yes- strange combination of pets but they all get along like a house on fire One does not look at the other as being their next meal
May God bless you all. Trust in the Truth and always look out for the next ‘God instance’ which might happen to you.
