Hi everyone who reads my news
I had my C.T. scans this afternoon. I have been praying that I am still clear from all cancer and that the report will find that all of the necessary ‘plumbing’ is intact to be able to reconnect the section of my bowel which was removed because it was cancerous can now be re-attached, and therefore reverse my colostomy and never have to deal with a ‘bag’ on my stomach again. Oh! praise the Lord and Glory to God that the report I receive will confirm these prayers. I am thanking God right now that this will be the case. I know that God only wants the best for me and that He is Faithful and true so I will celebrate the fact that I believe He is going to grant my request for a successful surgery. I have a face to face appointment with correctoral surgery at Fiona Stanley Hospital on the 10th of July at 9.40 am. I am praying and believing for an appointment to actually have the surgery in the very near future so I am asking, yet again, for a ‘God instance’ – or a supernatural intervention – if you wish. Whatever the outcome; I have this overwhelming sense of peace that everything will be a huge success.
Today is just a short note to inform you of my scans and to hope that God is also Blessing you in your health, family, finances, accommodation and work situations. Remember also that there are always others who are less fortunate. I was quite upset about losing a pair of good quality shoes- But then I saw a 12 year old boy on the news a few weeks ago who had an accident in the school bus and had to have both of his feet amputated due to the severity of the trauma. I forgot about my shoes immediately.
Oh! and my neighbour’s18 year old grandson is going to help me with some 12 volt electronic and solar installations on my little gypsie caravan during the school holidays beginning on Friday the 30th of June. I call the caravan Gypsie because she resembles, with a lot of imagination, one of the old wagons which a nomadic family would travel around in being pulled by one of those magnificent huge horses with the hairy ankles. Once I have the electronics connected I am almost ready to travel. I know that there will be little ‘tweaks’ needed here and there but
I still have until February before I intend on starting off. I want to learn how to put a picture in with the text when I write because I have heard so much about the scenery in w.a. that I want to include a lot of photos which will help tell the story of creation as well as capture the little churches and chapels as I go from one district to the next. God bless you all and please- if you have any suggestions or questions feel free to ask
